Club Ventures can also help private clubs work through significant financial issues in the most productive manner possible. In connection with a long-term lease or service agreement, the Company may also be able to directly fund capital investments and/or reduce debt obligations. Club Ventures will also invest in club ownership positions when it results in a very clear mutually beneficial relationship for the members and the Company.

Club Ventures provides a wide range of consulting and management services to private club owners and boards. It is our philosophy to customize services and limit them to what will be most productive rather than only offering comprehensive management agreements which can be cost prohibitive and less effective. Keith Brown and Jim Allison founded Club Ventures after extensive careers working in senior executive roles in the private club industry. Over 24 years of working together, they have led or supported the management of over 100 private and semi-private clubs across the country. There are very few people in the world who share the extent of their industry experience or their unique passion for enhancing people's lives through the club environment.
Private clubs, in general, struggle with old paradigms and the challenge of satisfying baby boomers while also offering an appealing environment for millenials. Additionally, participation trends in golf have not been favorable in recent years. This has put more pressure on finding ways to attract and retain a membership base that can sustain the club. Many private clubs are struggling to fund annual operating requirements and the capital investments that ensure longer-term viability and growth.
While there are many companies that offer management services for private clubs, their fees are often not recouped through the value received. Furthermore, the corporate presence, oversight, and motivations of some management companies can result in a deterioration of the very essence of what a club is all about: people coming together to enjoy the recreational and social environment that reflects their cumulative interests and individual desires.
